Delivery and Return Policy

This Delivery policy applies to purchases from: www.crunchbox.com.au

We offer refrigerated delivery to all areas of PERTH WA, as a rough guide we deliver north as far as Yanchep south as far as Mandurah and east as far as Maundering.

DELIVERY DAYS: TUESDAY, THURSDAY, AND FRIDAY.
Far southern suburbs Mandurah/Rockingham THURSDAY only.
DELIVERY TIMES: Deliveries are made between 7am - 3pm. We do not take time requests but if you need an order before a certain time please contact us on 0422294585 and we will do our best to accommodate.
DELIVERY COSTS: We have 3 delivery zones

- ZONE 1 - within 15km from Perth CBD - $12.50 or free on orders over $100
- ZONE 2 - between 15km and 30km from Perth CBD - $17.50 or free on orders over $150
- ZONE 3 - further than 30km from Perth CBD - $20 or free on orders over $200

If no one is home when delivery is made our driver will attempt to contact you via the number provided. If there is no answer and we have not been given permission to leave the order in a safe place, your order will be brought back to our kitchen for collection. Re-delivery can be arranged for a delivery fee.
Orders can be tracked by the link provided in a text message and email you will receive the day before your delivery is due to arrive. You will be given a 2-hour time window but can be tracked on the day of delivery for a more accurate delivery time. Please note this 2-hour window is an estimated time of arrival; things can happen out of our control which could push your delivery outside of this ETA.
